SMS Messaging Policy
This page constitutes our standalone SMS Messaging Policy as required for A2P 10DLC campaign registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and CTIA compliance.
1. Program Description
GMRPG LLC, operating as Strategic Investing Club operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with members and interested parties who have provided explicit written consent. Messages from this program may include:

2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from GMRPG LLC, operating as Strategic Investing Club by:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Website membership application or contact form and providing your mobile phone number
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or for membership in Strategic Investing Club.

Message frequency varies based on club activity. You may receive up to 4–8 SMS messages per month. We will not send excessive or spam messages.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After we receive your STOP request:
- You will receive one final SMS confirming your opt-out
- No further SMS messages will be sent to your number, except as required by law
- Your opt-out will be processed within a reasonable time
You may also opt out by emailing info@gm-rpg.com with your full name and phone number and a request to remove you from SMS communications.

7. No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Data
This prohibition applies to all affiliates, marketing partners, and service providers. Service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for any other purpose.
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by most major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or MVNO services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
